Currants blacks processed according to tradition, with the addition of sugar. The black currant jam, natural and tasty, selected by the Trappist nuns of Vitorchiano, is healthy and genuine. Prepared in a simple and ancient recipe, it is a completely natural product, low in sugar without added pectin, dyes, preservatives. Fruits, processed by the same nuns, is macerated and then boiled with the addition of sugar. The total sugars are made up, in large part, by the natural sugars that the fruit itself contains. Among the most requests for a breakfast tasty and nutritious, but also particularly suitable for fantastic pies.
