Chimay T. Blue 9% – 75cl.

The Chimay Blue Cap is a brown ale, a beautiful garnet color with coppery reread, re-fermented in the bottle. The foam is abundant, consisting of fine bubbles, persistent and adherent, colored light brown. Olfactory fruity, complex. Taste oriented on fruits, chocolate, fresh flowers. Very full-bodied and complex, it maintains a good balance. The frizzantenza is quite high. The aftertaste is given by a bitter quite perceptible and vinous and almonds. During packaging is-vintage, that appears on the label, well evident, the year that was produced, so that the expert can calculate the 24 months required for this beer to get the most out of his qualities, which preserves for years. The producers state that the expiration date is only a recommendation, but this beer is not “never wrong”. Can age for 10, 15 or 20 years without any problems, it will continue to oxidize with time and therefore will undergo changes in taste: it will be the consumer to choose the best time to enjoy it. Upon consumption beer is poured slowly: the sediment that forms on the bottom should not end up in the glass to prevent the yeast take over the taste.
