The natural acidity of the cherry goes well with the sweetness of the jam. The fruit is used when the couple worked to perfection: 90 gr. of fruit per 100 grams. product that retains all the properties and the taste that come from nature. Prepared using a simple and ancient recipe, is a completely natural, low sugar no added pectin, dyes, preservatives. Fruit, processed by the same nuns, is macerated and then boiled with the addition of a little sugar.
