Apples Jam

The fruit used is processed when it is appropriately mature: 90 gr. of fruit per 100 gr. product, which retains all the properties and taste that come from nature. Prepared in a simple and ancient recipe, the jam apples of Trappist nuns of vitorchiano is a completely natural product, low in sugar without added pectin, dyes, preservatives. Fruits, processed by the same nuns, is macerated and then boiled with the addition of a little sugar.
