Excellent beer in full compliance with the range of "double malt" with the touch of class derived from the Trappist tradition. Beautiful head of foam, although not very persistent, color cowl friar of clear and bright, effervescent media. The nose has notes of flowers and ripe fruit, with the sharp smell of alcohol, a light show in the final roasting. The body is round, structured but not overly robust, with the prevalence of the bitter licorice notes of rhubarb, but with a final sweet malt. Finishes long and balanced, pleasantly dry.
